Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms had a well-worn humid smell, but they were correct with AC and television. The setup for my event was done 3 hours in advance, and the rooms were very well clean with new and clean bathrooms.
The hotel is quite basic but offers good pressure and hot water. The rooms are clean and comfortable, albeit a bit dated. They are smallish, suitable for their purpose, with generators kicking in during power outages to maintain essential services like Acs, lights, and elevators.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. However, the dining options were a bit limited. Overall, a great stay!
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, but some areas were damp. The service was welcoming but somewhat focused on extracting money. The location was good in general but had some aspects that could be improved. The dining options were satisfactory but lacked attractiveness. Overall, it was a decent stay with both highlights and drawbacks.
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to access, but the surrounding area may not be ideal for solo travelers. The rooms were adequately clean and the porter service was helpful for transferring luggage. However, the evening ambiance in the corridor was not always pleasant. The dining experience left much to be desired with limited food options.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, though smallish, served their purpose, and the generators quickly kicked in during power outages, keeping everything running smoothly. However, cleanliness was lacking, and the absence of a coffee/tea maker was a letdown.
Staying in a dank and odorous basement room close to the Boulevard de la Liberte, I found the smallish rooms suitable for the purpose. The generators kicked right on during each Douala power outage, ensuring the ACs, lights, and elevators functioned fine. The living room, bedroom, and bathroom were spacious, equipped with a sofa, TV, and office table.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and surprisingly well set up with good amenities like A/C, TV, and WiFi, and the location close to the Boulevard de la Liberte was convenient. However, the cleanliness was lacking in some areas, and certain staff members were really rude, which was disappointing.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and surprisingly well set up with good amenities like A/C, TV, and WIFI. However, they could improve on fixing small things in both the bathroom and bedroom. The service was very helpful, courteous, and friendly, especially the staff who fetched us from Limbe Airport and back. The location was easily accessible from the airport and city center, though I felt a bit unsafe at night. The dining options offered a fair variety of items but could use more healthy choices. The facilities were decent, but there is room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms were a little basic but okay, although quite noisy. However, the prompt assistance with luggage transfer was impressive. The room was spacious, featuring a living room with a sofa, TV, and office table, along with a bedroom and bathroom.
